*By booking through the Schedulicity Website, or via the phone with J.Marie and/or her Assistant you are authorizing your credit card to be charged a 100% NON-REFUNDABLE fee in the amount of scheduled appointment.

*There are NO REFUNDS. However, if you contact J.Marie within 2 WEEKS of your appointment date, you may reschedule your appointment for another day and time without incurring additional fees. If you do not give appropriate notice, any future appointments will be charged another 100% fee of said appointment.

*If you’ve scheduled an appointment by phone and your appointment is not paid for in full within 2 weeks of said appointment, your appointment is subject to cancellation.

*Groups are subject to a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that is applied to total cost of said group. Deposits are to be made in full to reserve date and time. All other payments are to be made prior to services being rendered on said appointment date.

*In the event of an emergency, scheduling conflict or life happening, and you have an “In Person” reading scheduled, J.Marie may need to switch your appointment to phone, Skype or FaceTime, to avoid your appointment being moved to a further date. Please note if she does, this is not considered a cancellation on her part. If you however decline this change, you may incur waiting several months for a reschedule.

*J.Marie reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to severe weather conditions, an emergency, illness, or any other reason. In the event of this happening, J.Marie will work with you in scheduling a new date that works for both her and the clients schedules.

* Due to Covid-19 all in-person sessions are transferrable to virtual due to pandemic, i.e. or any other reason above in prior policy.
